Water was overpriced, with the lobby's mini-mart charging AED10.00 for a bottle—ridiculous! noise levels were disruptive, with sounds from the parking garage and emergency lights malfunctioning throughout the night, leading to a less than restful stay.

I felt the experience fell short in creating a more welcoming atmosphere.
